Online Returns Policy for unwanted goods:

On-line customers will receive Return instructions with their delivery explaining how to return items directly to our Distribution Centre. The process for returning digiteltechnology.co.uk product(s), you will need to call our helpline with your details and a form will be emailed to you, for completion with the returned item(s). Enter:-

(1) Enter catalogue number, description and the quantity being returned on the Return Form attached to the Delivery Note.

(2) Indicate the reason for your return. Please be as specific as possible to help us serve you better.

(3) Once completed, enclose the Return Form in the delivery packaging and keep the second copy for your own records.

(4) Securely pack items and seal the package. Remove any other delivery labels, pack in a separate box or bag, so as not to mark the actual manufacturers box/packing in any way and return to:-

(5) Please note we cannot accept collect or postage-due (ie you have to pay for return carriage) return shipments nor can we accept liability for uninsured packages that are lost or damaged in transit. We strongly suggest that you return your package by insured registered or recorded delivery.

(6) Upon receipt of your return within 14 days of invoice date, we will deal with it usually within 7-14 days and process a credit against the original credit card account number used at the time of purchase, or in the case of payments by cheque or postal order, a company refund cheque will be issued.

(7) Product(s) must be returned in new and re-saleable condition with the original packaging, accessories, guarantees and instructions and must be accompanied by a completed Return Form. Subject to the merchandise not being defective, the following may not be returned and are not refundable - cut to length wire and cable, opened or unsealed components, batteries, styli, connected Mobile phones, business equipment and opened kits. Defective items may be exchanged for the same title within 30 days of date of shipment. Returns that are not made as set out above will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

(8) THE ABOVE PROVISIONS DO NOT AFFECT YOUR UK STATUTORY RIGHTS

The return procedure for unwanted items purchased in-store will vary & be displayed at point of sale.
